WHY?
The Society believes that many students of the Asian Studies Program aim to have a professional future in the field of diplomacy and international relations. Additionally, it also believes that one of the best ways to prepare for multi-national or international conferences in the field is through Model Simulation Conferences or Model SimCons. As such, the Asian Studies Society would like to support its students by giving them the opportunity to attend conferences around the Philippines and abroad. For the pilot iteration of this program, the society has chosen Ateneo Model United Nations 12 hosted by the Ateneo Association of European Studies Students or AEuSS.
