Director Anne Kristine D. Salvador is the acting director of the Human Resources and Management Office of the Department of Foreign Affairs. She is a Foreign Service Officer, serving in the Department of Foreign Affairs since 2011. She has served as Third Secretary, and then Second Secretary of the Permanent Mission of the Philippines to the World Trade Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. 

She took up her studies with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the Ateneo de Manila University. She would then take a Master of Arts in Political Science, Majoring in Global Politics in Ateneo. Currently, she currently also serves as Asst. Secretary of the Board of Foreign Service Officer Examinations at the DFA.

Mr. O'myr Faisal Mustafa C. Abdalla is a recent passer of the 2020/2021 Foreign Service Officership Examinations. He took up his Bachelor of Science degree, Applied Economics and Business Management at the De La Salle University where he would also serve as President of the DLSU Economics Organization. He was also awarded with numerous honors and recognition for his performance as a student leader of the organization. He would then work in Procter and Gamble as a Brand Manager before taking the FSOE.
